HIGH TIDE - Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic-style weightlifting (aka weightlifting to actual oly-lifters) consists of the snatch and clean and jerk, which are loaded barbell movements performed in a single lift as heavily as possible. Often mistaken for powerlifting, weightlifting is arguably a lot more technical and requires constant practice, patience, and discipline to master...and even then most people don't master it. BUT half the fun is in trying to get as close to perfection as possible. So in that vein, we run programmed group training sessions 4 days a week for those of you that desire to train with others or just want supervised and structured training to reach your goals.
TSUNAMI - Strength and Conditioning

This class is for all levels and abilities and encompasses every aspect of physical fitness including strength, hypertrophy, aerobic capacity, functional training, speed and agility, and sports skill work. You never know what you're going to get, but rest assured your fitness levels will skyrocket.
LOW TIDE - Beginners Olympic Weightlifting

As previously mentioned, Olympic Weightlifting is highly technical and we wouldn't recommend you take the self-learning route. Guidance is the best (and really) only way to understand and conquer the movement patterns required to eventually go at it alone. This class is for complete beginners or for those who have had less than 3 months experience.

As athletes ourselves, our bodies need constant and consistent maintenance to keep us in a good physical condition to train as well and hard as possible. Whether you're an athlete or not, every body needs some good TLC to prevent pain and injuries and to help us move and function better as a whole. Join us through our programmed mobility sessions to keep your bodies healthy!
